Order Processing & Fulfilment

All orders are processed and dispatched by Amazon from their UK fulfilment centres. This allows us to provide fast, trackable, and reliable delivery across the UK.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery time estimates may vary depending on your location and any external factors such as weather or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically if eligible.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all residential and business addresses across the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • BFPO addresses

  • Channel Islands or Isle of Man (unless otherwise stated)

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@zolle.co.uk, and we’ll work with Amazon to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As we fulfil orders quickly through Amazon, there’s a limited window to make changes or cancel. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@zolle.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
